There is a property owner so desperate to rent a house in this neighborhood that they are offering section 8 housing. Wonderful, now the property value on this house will go lower than it already is and we will never get out of here. I wish I could turn back the time. I would never have bought this house if I knew what I know now. I wish I already had I decent job and I would say we walk away from it even though it would ruin our credit. It just sucks to live somewhere you don't want to but you can't afford to fix the house up to sell. It will be hard to sell even if it is fixed up because houses around here just don't sell very fast. It is not the least bit trendy, people around here go to bed at 8pm and sit in their driveways if they want to relax. :(
